Pet Loss: Grief Support Group/Individual for Our Over-the-Rainbow Friends
This heart-felt afternoon (evening) provides both peer support and professional help in expressing your feelings, whether you are anticipating or coping with the sorrow of pet loss. You will gather with other individuals and families and share stories about your animal companions in a safe and confidential environment. Please bring a photo of your animal companion.

Healing Our Losses is a 6-session closed group that addresses the key tasks of grieving and breaks down unproductive myths, such as "time heals". The group dynamics of Healing Our Losses offers insight, companionship, and authentic response to the unspeakable pain of the grieving process. Art therapy is a way to express feelings when words are inadequate or unavailable.

Wisdom Gatherers
The Wisdom Gatherers Circle is a council of radical listening and photo therapy, discovering deep insights through chosen pre-made imagery. The talking circle will explore a variety of topics through meditation, discussion and reflection. The sessions provide an opportunity for gentle relaxation and sharing. All are welcome.

Art is not just for artists: playing with art gives all of us space to get out of our normal thinking patterns, opening opportunities to see ourselves and our past with new eyes and new hearts. Expressing ourselves through art helps us to care more for ourselves, give ourselves the benefit of the doubt, and be patient with ourselves. In this course, participants will be guided into using art to deepen self-compassion, healing and joy.

Allow yourself an opportunity to honour the memories related to passages in your life: losing a loved one, moving to a new city, changing employment, enduring an illness, loss of a dream, children leaving home and more. Healing past hurts will give you new energy for your future. Experience various creative techniques to access deeper meanings in working through the journey of grief in a non-judgmental, supportive, sensitive and beneficial way. Each session addresses a different theme surrounding transition. There will be opportunities for discussion. However, if you find words too difficult to share, your silent journey will be honoured.
Stepping Stones can also be for those wanting ongoing support after or before Living on - Artfully, and/or needing daytime sessions while working through all types of transition.

Interspecies Connections
We all want healthy relationships with our pets and to ensure they are getting the most out of life. In this one-day workshop you will come to understand your pet on a different level. You will learn that your relationship is about inter-relationship, not leadership (as many people may believe).
You will learn how to: calm your animal, apply healing touch/energy, understand ear movements, recognize boundaries and sacred zones and groom in a way that is enjoyable for you both. Your pet is best left at home.
